Job Overview

We are hiring energetic and confident Telecalling Executives to support our sales and lead generation efforts. The role involves interacting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, scheduling appointments, and helping drive business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Explain products, services, and offers professionally.
  • Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or consultations.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer interactions.
  • Meet daily call and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives for lead handovers.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure accurate CRM and database management.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency and internet connectivity.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Prior telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
