Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and career-driven individuals to join our admissions team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, understanding their educational goals, and helping them choose the right programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries received through calls, emails, website forms, and walk-ins.
• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Build strong relationships with potential students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
• Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Provide timely reports and updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
