Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain product displays and store presentation standards.
• Generate sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain inventory awareness and coordinate with store management.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
